Breaking Barriers with International Success:

The song showcased their potent rock sound and catchy melodies, and its accompanying music video featured the band in their maid outfits, making for a strong visual impact, unseen by many before, partially in the West where Maid culture was still relatively unknown.
With their third album "Brand New Maid" (2016) in the bag, and their first album to be released internationally. Band Maid were starting to be warmly received by the critics and received generally strong reviews.
Their international popularity surged even further in 2017 when the music video for their songs "Daydreaming/Choose Me", the third single released from the band, gained millions of views on YouTube.
As the band continued to release more music, including their next albums: "Just Bring It" (2017), the band's fourth studio album and first full-length album and "World Domination" (2018), they embarked on world tours, visiting countries such as the United States, across Europe, and South America. Band-Maid's international concerts were met with overwhelming enthusiasm, proving that language barriers were no obstacle for their engaging performances and raw talent from the band's outstanding musicianship.
Unique Blend of Rock Styles:
One of the many reasons behind Band-Maid's success lies in their ability to fuse various rock subgenres into their music. Their sound combines elements of hard rock, metal, punk, and even pop-rock, making it accessible to a diverse audience. Saiki Atsumi's powerful and dynamic range, backed with Miku Kobato vocals works just perfectly when complemented by the expert instrumentals of Kanami Tōno, Akane Hirose, and Misa, form the backbone of the band's captivating performances.
